Here is how to contact us:

New Registration: In order to register with us, you just need to fill out an online registration form. These forms are different for a coach and player, so make sure that you choose the right one! The registration process is self explanatory. Once you send your registration information, you will gain access to our system after a 72 hour verification period.

Login: In order to Login into our system, you need to use the login and password that you chose at the time of registration. If you need to change this information, please contact our administrator at the e-mail link on the bottom of the webpage. You may also call us toll free during regular business hours at 1-877-246-9155.

Coach Help: Once you login as a coach, you have 4 main options, namely, (1) Offense Search (2) Defense Search (3) Special Teams Search (4) Player Name Search. Your position searches are not restricted in any manner. You can either choose to search on all the criteria or you may choose to search only by a specific position. Once you submit your criteria, you will get a list of players, in our system, who match the criteria you specified. From this list you can choose to add a specific player to your position chart by clicking the link titled "Add to Depth Chart". You may view players in your depth chart by clicking on the link titled "View Depth Chart". If you want to see the player's profile, all you need to do is click on the Player Name and you will see a profile screen with several useful links. These include the player's current season stats, history stats, combine results, interviews, awards, and film ordering information. All you need to do is to choose the appropriate link. On this screen you may also view other players with the same position and also their profile information. If you are interested in branching to the player's high school from your search results screen, just click on the name of the high school. If you want to view combine results for the player, just click on the link titled "Combine Results" on the search results screen. Combine results may also be viewed in the player profile screen. You may also use our system to post your notes on the player (click the "Post A Note" link). In order to view these notes, you just have to click on the "View Notes" link. Please note that these notes can be viewed ONLY by you and not any other player or coach registered in our system.

Player Help: Once you login as a player, you have 3 main options. These include (1) Profile Screen (2) Player Search and (3) Stat Entry. You may view your own profile by clicking on the "Player Profile" option. This will take you to your profile where you may view your current season stats, history stats, combine results, interviews, awards, and film information. All you need to do is to choose the appropriate link. On this screen you may also view other players with the same position and also their profile information. If you need to search for a specific player, then go back to your main option screen and choose the "Player Search" link. Your last main option is the Stat Entry screen. Here you may enter stats for your primary and other positions. Once you enter the details, just click on the submit button and you are done! Please note that your stats are ALWAYS subject to verification and therefore are made available for others to see only after a period of 72 hours.

Some General Comments: We have tried to make our interface as user-friendly as possible. The top of the page provides you several buttons through which you can navigate the website. For optimizing your online experience, we recommend that you keep all your windows maximized and use the most current browser version. Best Browers for our Site: This site is best viewed using version 4.0 browsers or higher. Also, in order to take advantage of our printing feature, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.01 (or an updated version 3.0 Reader) installed on your machine. Adobe Acrobat Reader is available free-of-charge from Adobe and allows you to print out our application forms. Click Download Adobe Acrobat Reader to open a new browser window and go to Adobe's web site to obtain Adobe Acrobat. Install Acrobat, then close that window to return to AI Sports recruiting.
