All coaches who would like to receive an online recruiting account or one of our other services please submit an application form to AI Sports. You can submit a form online, by fax or mail.

All applications will be reviewed by our staff for accuracy and validity. There is a minimum 72 hour hold on all applications. Please remember that some of our student-athletes are under the age of 18 so we have implemented the 72 hour verification hold to ensure their safety. Thank you for understanding. Once we have received your application a representative will be calling you to ensure you did in fact submit the application and that the information we received is correct. At that time we will ask you to supply us with a password, logon and prompt question with answer. They are used to build your new AI Sports Internet account. The prompt question with answer is what we use to verify the account holder in case they forget their password or logon. 3)	You also have the opportunity to return your request by fax. Applications should be faxed to 1-630-982-9155. A cover page is not needed and only the front side of the application should be faxed.
